3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

These providers are independently audited to ensure RTP accuracy and fair outcomes. bab88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bab88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bab88, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

bab88's total liability in connection with these Terms & Conditions, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bab88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation applies to all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
